FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

BEFORE CLASS

  • We do require reserving your spot for class. Class registration is done most commonly through SugarWOD. Drop Ins reserve their spot using our online calendar.

  • We recommend showing up at least 5 minutes early for class. This gives you a chance to put your things away, meet new and old friends, go to bathroom etc.

  • We get it. Baton Rouge traffic can really put a damper on your plans. If you’re only a few minutes late, jump into the warm up. If you’ve missed the warm up, please consider hitting the next class or see the coach on how you can modify the workout to still get a good sweat.

DURING CLASS

  • Structure & instruction. Each class is lead by a coach from start to finish. We will flow through the class starting with a warm up, then specific warm up, workout demo and modifications, then put you through the workout. All of this takes place in the hour.   • Do you want to get stronger? Learn how to move well? Improve your quality of life? Then YES, this is 100% for you. CrossFit is a mindset. With the right mindset, anyone can do CrossFit. Our coaches ensure that there are modifications for every level. You are never alone!

  • AMAZING - Diverse, inclusive, supportive, and fun! All walks of life participate in our program. We’re here for anyone who wants to improve their life.

  • You don’t need anything fancy to participate in CrossFit. Wear clothes that allow you to move well and sweat. When it comes to shoes, trainers are best and they keep you balanced in your feet. Occasionally, running shoes are needed for workouts.

AFTER CLASS

  • Yes! We have 2 showers in each bathroom and provide towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

  • Outside of our main floor, we have an open gym room. This room is used for additional lifting etc. No extra work is allowed on the main floor when a class is going on. You can use the main floor for stretching as long as you are not in the way of the class, otherwise we will ask you to go in the open gym room.

  • We recommend working out a minimum of 3-4 times a week with rest days sprinkled in. You can head over to the PushPress and reserve your class now!

ACCOUNT MANAGMENT

  • Our limited & unlimited classes auto-renew each month but can be canceled at any time. Please see our cancellation policy below.

  • We must be notified 30 days prior to renewal for all cancellations.

    Must be submitted online via the cancellation form (Not by email, DM, text message, etc.)

  • You can request an account hold if you are going to be away from the gym for 10 days or more. Holds cannot be open ended. You must declare the day the you would like to reinstate your account. You can request your hold by filling out the form below.
