When it comes to the CrossFit Open, everyone focuses on the workout—but how you fuel can make just as big of a difference. Most Open workouts are short and high-intensity, which means your body needs quick, usable energy. Showing up under-fueled can lead to an early crash, while overeating can leave you feeling sluggish.
